First State Direct Primary Care is a primary care office that contracts directly with patients, instead of insurance companies. By cutting out the middlemen, we are able to offer longer appointments that run on time, same day or next day appointments, direct access to your doctor via text, email, or phone and at-cost medications, labs, and imaging. All of this for an affordable, monthly fee. We are delivering care the way it was meant to be - between you and your doctor.
